We offer Operations and Maintenance service provider agreements to our clients. These contracts include remote monitoring via a portal that you can access yourself, and a fixed number of site visits per year to ensure that your ROI is maximised.

We’ve teamed up with a leading metering and verification company to offer complete measurement and verification for both electricity and water usage. By tracking consumption in real time, we ensure you’re on the most advantageous tariff and identify any irregularities in your usage data.
Our metering and verification services are ideal for managing utilities in leased and subleased properties. Genergy’s solutions cover everything from taking over Municipal or Eskom accounts to overseeing internal consumption and tenant billing.
We use smart meters which automate the collection of metered consumption data every 30 minutes, using AMR technology. This data can then be viewed via your online profile, with detailed graphs generated for visual representation of overall consumption profiles.
Billing is also automated and sent directly to your email account. This system has various integrations including Pastel to simplify your billing process.
Genergy, in partnership with industry professionals, offers aerial thermographic inspections as part of our comprehensive monitoring services. These inspections ensure solar installations operate at peak efficiency by detecting any abnormalities for prompt and precise resolution. Thermographic technology helps identify hidden issues that may not be visible to the naked eye, providing a detailed assessment of your system’s performance and health.
